Township of Essa Municipal Grant Application

Applications for municipal grants and donations are not automatically renewed each year.  Each application is reviewed based on merit every calendar year.

The following documents are required to be uploaded with this application:

• a financial statement for the previous year
• proposed budget for the current operating year
• list of volunteer board of directors (name, address and telephone number)
